PEDIATRICIAN APPROVAL: You agree to consult with and get approval from your pediatrician before following the advice or using the techniques offered during this consultation. SAFETY: While I’m assisting you and your child, it is expected that you will follow Safe Sleep practices to the best of your ability and will implement safety precautions as needed. Safe Sleep practices include that your baby sleeps alone, on their back, in a bassinet, crib, or pack n’ play, on a firm, flat surface. There should be no crib bumpers, blankets, pillows, lovies, stuffed animals, or cords in the sleep space. If your baby is rolling onto their tummy on their own then you do not need to roll them back, but you should always place them on their back to start. FEEDING: You agree to consult with and get approval from your pediatrician before discontinuing night feedings. If approval is obtained, then I will work that into the sleep plan. If your child still needs night feedings, then I will adjust the plan accordingly. Please keep in mind that even if your provider says it’s okay to not feed your baby overnight, they may still wake due to hunger. You know your baby best, so don’t be afraid to listen to your instincts about this. CRYING: I do my best to provide sleep training methods that decrease the amount of crying babies experience. My goal is to provide effective and supportive methods that work best for each family and their needs. However, it is unrealistic to think there will be no fussing whatsoever. I will do my best to minimize tears, but most of the time it cannot be completely eliminated. REFUND POLICY: Due to the amount of time, effort, and commitment provided within a consultation, refunds are not possible once the phone consultation occurs. LEGAL NOTICE: In no event will Ashley Cheever be liable to you for any claims, losses, injury or damages as a result of reliance on the information provided. Although all attempts have been made to verify the information provided is accurate, Ashley Cheever does not assume responsibility for errors, omissions, or contrary interpretation of the subject matter within the consultation. Refund Policy

Unless requested prior to our phone consultation, I will not give refunds. I begin working on your child's sleep plan as soon as I get your intake form, and once we have our phone consultation the amount of time and work I have put in is not refundable. However, if you are not satisified with the results I will try to troubleshoot the issue.
