Unique Sleep Plans
As a Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Certified Newborn Sleep Specialist™, and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I offer personalized sleep plans and support that are tailored to each child's unique needs. From newborn to 5 years old, I’ll address establishing healthy sleep habits, routines, schedules, and managing sleep concerns. You’ll teach your little one independent sleep skills that will benefit your child for years to come. With a variety of services to meet your budget and support needs, let's work together to achieve better sleep for your family!
Ongoing Support
My sleep packages offer ongoing, 1:1 support. Length of support depends on the specific package purchased. This allows families to choose the right support for their needs. Communication is available through the Rested app which is an amazing tool that allows families to log sleep, feedings, make notes, and message me directly with any questions or concerns. I can view all your logs and assess how sleep training is going, allowing me to provide the most accurate feedback. It's free to download and to use while we're working together.
Comprehensive Sleep Plans
I offer comprehensive and personalized plans that cover all your sleep concerns. From naps to bedtime, night wakings to early morning wakes, crib to bed transitions, and more, I've got you covered. Whether you need help with one particular concern or all of them, we have a package that suits your needs.
Intergrated Community Resources
I maintain a wide range of connections to other sleep consultants and additional specialties. I can connect clients with lactation consultants, doulas, pediatric physical therapists, pediatricians, mental health counselors, and more. By staying connected with other providers, I can ensure I am providing the most appropriate and up-to-date information. If sleep training is not appropriate or your little one needs additional support, I will refer to other specialties to ensure that families receive the best possible care. I also provide a list of local resources on my Source page, so you don't have to hunt down the help you need, even if it’s not for sleep.

Prenatal and Newborn
0-3 months
This is a great time to prepare and establish a healthy sleep foundation that you can build on. Being proactive can minimize sleep troubles as your baby gets older. I provide education that promotes healthy sleep habits and optimizes sleep before sleep training is an option.
Baby and Toddler
4-36 months
It’s never too late to address sleep concerns. I offer focused and comprehensive sleep plans so you can have the support that is right for you. We focus on achieving independent sleep to improve most sleep troubles. Together, we can overcome sleep regressions, night wakings, and much more!
Preschool
3-5 years

As a fellow mom who has experienced the struggles and challenges of sleepless nights with my own baby, it has made me passionate about helping families achieve better sleep. I use my expertise as a maternity nurse and mom to create an individualized approach and work closely with parents to develop effective sleep solutions tailored to their baby's unique needs. I am committed to improving the quality of life for both children and their families. There is a gap in community resources and reliable education about sleep. Misinformation, exhaustion, and outdated advice leaves parents wondering what they should do. This is why I became a pediatric sleep consultant. I turned to the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting® to learn how to help families achieve better sleep and improve my ability as a nurse to care for families.
